This is from Serious Eats. Other than the peas, which are added at the end and don’t need to be added, this looks pretty good for those not sticking to a strict 20g/day:

It does use a whole onion for 4 people, but if you’re concerned, you could probably scrape that away. It also uses white wine.

I love salting meat the day before, as I think it benefits the meat.

And adding an egg to the top sounds like a great idea.

Sorry! I forgot about fasting. I hope to get a 36 hour fast in this week. We’ll see.

Let me know if you try the recipe. I have some frozen pork chops, but I think they’re a bit thick for this recipe. I’ll have to see.
