Their meats are amazing.

They also sell pre cut wings in 6 connected bags. Easy to make the amount you need.

The almond flour is the cheapest I have seen.

Ribeyes (many other meats)
Cheeses (sticks and blocks)
Avocados
Heavy whipping Cream
Whisps (Parmesan Cheese Crisps)
Bacon Bacon Bacon
Kerrygold Cheese
Almond Milk (unsweetened)
Broccoli, Spinach or other veggies
Macadamia Nuts and Almonds
Supplements
oh and, Jack Daniels and Vodka :wink:

anything that may pop up that is new

The Costco near us now has coconut milk for sale. I put it in my coffee. Also, I didn’t notice people mention coconut oil. I get mine at Costco. Almost forgot, fresh wild caught salmon and canned wild caught salmon.

*Virgin coconut oil
Refined coconut oil (in a giant tub, new item, dirt cheap)
*Avocado oil (makes the BEST mayonnaise)
*Canned coconut milk
*Kerrygold butter
Dubliner cheese (Irish white cheddar by Kerrygold)
*Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on (a major staple in my cooking)
Leg of lamb roast (my favorite food EVER)
Almond flour
Mozzarella string cheese snacks
Sardines in olive oil
Canned salmon
Nuts of all kinds
Natural peanut butter, Kirkland brand (occasional use, but it’s supremely tasty)

Whipping cream (only 1 litre here in Ontario)
Cheese (cheddar, cream cheese, smoked gouda, mozzerella, spicy havarti cheese, goat cheese, etc etc.)
Whole salami
Chorizo sausage
Chicken wings
Bone in, skin on chicken thighs or drums
Boneless butt pork roast
Low salt bacon (because it doesn’t have sugar)
Pickles
Olives
Almond flour
Coconut oil
Avocado oil for mayonnaise (the best!)
Coconut Smiles (in baking section - crunch slivers of coconut)
Natural peanut butter, almond butter, mixed nut/seed butter (use in moderation)
Mixed nuts, pistachios (in moderation)
Frozen raspberries
Avocados, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, romaine lettuce, caulflower, brocolli, green beans, asparagus, red peppers
Grass fed frozen beef burgers (only in summer here)

Looking at the other lists reminded me of canned salmon, canned tuna, Parmasan cheese whisps. Coffees and teas. Fresh berries occasionally. Beef in the past (currently have 1/4 grass fed cow in the freezer).
