Cortisol = breakfast

(Auden) #1

I’m really stressed right now. I’m trying to keep my eating window to lunch and dinner.

Before this, I was doing 42 hour fasts a few days a week no problem.

Last night I had an unexpected veterenarian expense that cost half my monthly budget. The next morning, I ate breakfast which I never do, but I was starving in a way that keep calm and fast on didn’t feel right.

What does everyone do about cortisol?? Thanks!

Ps. My dog is doing great, or I would be way more upset!

I’m a stress and boredom eater. That stressful incident with your dog caused you to want to soothe with food, I suspect. Creamy drinks help me. Warm mocha lots of fake sweet. Beats the dozen donuts I really want.

Yes, for sure it did!

If I really want to eat, I just make sure it’s lots of fat. Even though I’m not losing right now, I’m not gaining, either, wonder of wonders! I just love keto!
