The physical benefits of fasting or so intriguing to me and so interesting…I just love it.
Does anyone know of a continuing education course I could study for a deeper knowledge on fasting??
I am an RN and I’m always looking for interesting ways to continue my education.
Continuing education on fasting
And of course there is a whole forum on fasting now. After you’ve looked at the topic Ron posted, check out the other sections of the Fasting forum.
I live in a state where RNs are required to do so many hours of continuing education. I know there is lots of podcasts, YouTube, etc
What I’m looking for is a study that would give me credits towards my continuing education for my license.

I know the Low Carb events are organized such that the medical attendee’s get Continuing Education Credits. Those events are recorded and available online for a fee. I wonder if the video series is enough to meet your CEC requirements?
A lot of the Low Carb Breck 2018 videos are now available, as well. Search on the forum, and you’ll find the thread.
You can also go to the Low Carb Down Under channel on YouTube for videos from other conferences they have run. They seem to do the Breckenridge meeting annually (because of Dr. Gerber in Denver), and several other events around Australia each year. The quality of the lectures is quite high, and they range from reviews of the scientific literature to nutrition advice to personal experiences with LCHF/keto.
when I googled “Jason Fung Continuing Education” this came up. I believe the first on the list is a CEC test based on his book The Obesity Code.
