No worries, I didn’t think you are trolling so I took time to reply the other day. But can you please share back with the community what you learned.

Thanks.

Sounds like your BMR slowed down, most likely from the 2 days fasting consistently, short term seems fine for most people, it’s inevitable it’ll slow down when fasting is a constant thing. Not eating can absolutely end in muscle loss, especially if you subscribe to the eat low protein thing. At one point I took my already garbage metabolism and made it worse doing the same exact thing. Between eating to satiety which for me wound up I was eating way too little because I just didn’t have the hunger (worked great at first for weight loss though) and low protein it took months of reverse dieting (slowly but steadily increasing calories) along with lifting and exercise to get it back up. I’m still a fan of fasting, but it’s gotta be a once in a while thing, I use them now for plateau busting. I make sure I don’t do them consistently or predictably so my body can’t adapt again. I also never let my protein go below 150g/day with my goal being 175g.
