I’ve had the liquid-sound/feeling-in-the-ears thing for many years, I seem to recall it beginning around the time insulin resistance was really kicking in on a vegetarian diet. I thought it might be something called glue ear but I’m pretty sure now it’s due to inflammation and histamine intolerance.
Thing is, it didn’t go away when I cut out dairy alone, nor did it leave during keto, but it does lessen when I reduce additional inflammatory factors. Point being, I can tolerate one or two inflammatory sources but there’s an upper limit before my ears no longer pop on cue descending a road from a hike in the mountains.
I hope it goes away completely someday but, frankly, there are other troubles I’d like to vaporize first.
