It was absolutely the best drink ever. I didn’t have any almond milk so I used all heavy cream. I chose spiced rum. It was delicious with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Not feeling the best today, but not too bad and I didn’t gain weight. That’s a good thing. I’ll give it another try next Christmas eve…lol.

Eeek. Don’t think I could drink again for a while Marianne. I’m not a conservative drinker and this keto body wasn’t happy the next day. The drink was the absolute best. But the thought of alcohol any time soon gives me anxiety. :blush:. It was a fun night though.

Okay!! I made a version of this yesterday and it was sooooo delcious… I am going to make it again for New Year’s Eve.

Almond Milk, HWC, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Vodka, Butterscotch flavoured alcohol that my daugthter had, whisked it with a hand mixer, and added ice, and oh my goodness was it ever delicious.

Yes, that sounds great too, Ellen, thanks for the idea. I saw the recipe after I was already done my shopping, and I won’t be able to access a store again until January 10th (when hubby can drive again for a doctor’s appointment), so I was just using what we had at home. For New Year’s Eve, I will only have the vodka so will just be making it with that, but I will remember to use that in the future for other celebrations =). I usually only drink on our concert nights, Christmas and New Year’s =).

Spiced rum is often heavily sugared. I have a bottle here and it is very sweet. Captain Morgan is also cheap shit. Also check out this recipe
