I don’t have a sweet tooth, so don’t miss desert too much. But I do miss my wife’s chocolate mousse every so often. I recently found out about Choczero as a good keto chocolate and really liked the taste. Then I thought: I wonder what a mousse would taste with this… So we made it and it turned out great1

But we substituted sugar with Swerve Confectioners, and the chocolate with Choczero bars (I did a few 50% and a few 70% little choczero bars to add to the grams of chocolate needed, but up to you)
