I ran across these last week and made them on Saturday for a bunch of people who aren’t on keto.
The consensus was that they were just okay. I think that the erythritol just tastes so much different from sugar that it seems odd to people.

Made these last night, say day I saw the post. May have cooked them a little too long, edges were more brown than I would have liked, but very tasty! 1/16 of it was a little small for us, so we had 2 each!
