fi started with this recipe and reduced/tweaked it a little and added sugar free chocolate chips
i did:
56g butter (1/4C)
28g cream cheese (1/8C)
1/2ish tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla (i like vanilla)
1C + 2T almond flour (127g)
2ish T truvia (it’s what i had and isn’t stevia lol)
28g lily’s dark choc chips (little under 1/4C)
rolled them into balls on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, shoved them in the freezer for like 10-15 min, put them in a ziplock in the fridge
20 little balls
EDIT: incorrect nutritional info was listed and said 2C + 2T almond flour but works with as little as 1C + 2T
