My sweet tooth is …i’d say gone! Except now & then, i like a touch of chocolate.
I make pb, cocoa, stevia fat , coconut fat bombs, but i want a bit of regular dark chocolate now and then. However, it has a bit if sugar.

I personally find it hard to hack more than 85-86%. I can easily stay in ketosis with some of this chocolate (watching all other carbs, too).
What I’ve been doing lately is getting some high fat yogurt, adding some 85% chocolate to it, and adding some coconut crisps (dried coconut). The dried coconut provides some sweetness. I don’t buy yogurt very often, though, as it’s just extra calories I’ll overeat, but I do like it sometimes.
I bought some Madecasse 92% recently. Couple of small squares with coffee as a treat. It’s 11g total carbs - 5 g fiber = 6g total carbs for a half a bar. The small amount I break off is much less than 1/2 a bar. Maybe one-tenth of a bar.
It is not sweet, but I long ago developed an appreciation for high-cacao content dark chocolate. It doesn’t trigger cravings or excess consumption for me. But I make it fairly infrequent and only eat a small amount at one time.
I’ve made cheesecake whip (basically cream cheese with a bit of HWC whipped to the preferred texture and sweetener to taste) with grated dark chocolate and it was heavenly.
I’m at the point where I enjoy plain unsweetened chocolate nowadays. But earlier on, I would melt it in the microwave and mix it with some heavy cream and an artificial sweetener. Give it a try!
I’m at the point when l enjoy a tea spoon of unsalted butter melting in my mouth. By not it tastes “sweet” enough for me.
Mascarpone and HWC taste super sweet even without any sweetener!

Yes I know what you mean the dark chocolate doesn’t kick in my cravings I’m only on my 3rd week of Quito so so many things are new to me. Milk chocolate used to really make me want more and more and more … the sugar!
