Salsa is actually just Salsa Verde this time around.
Put large handful of sharp shredded cheddar cheese into hot 10" non stick fry pan – evenly. Fry until it turns golden brown on bottom , work loose and flip. Finish off the other side. Take out and cool on a plate or cooling rack for a minute.
Place on cutting board and cut into triangles or squares if you want “cheezits” instead.
