These look great (although not super-duper low carb, I guess?). @carl had a similar recipe on the blog, which was enhanced by a listener on the comments.
The almond flour has carbs…I would not eat a bunch every day but they are great when you want something with dinner. I had them cut in half with ham and cheese at the party last night. With lots of mayo of course.
Random, but you say you assemble and freeze breakfast sandwiches out of these? That’s awesome! Do you defrost the night before and just stick them in the microwave the next day?
So made these for biscuits and gravy. Subbed out the cheddar and added 2 oz cream cheese.
