Steaming high-fiber vegetables, such as cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cabbage, can help make them easier to digest. Note: if you’re just transitioning to eating more plant-based foods, steamed fibrous veggies might still cause gas. Maybe you could cool them after and grill or roast as usual once they have dried somewhat.
