…from someone mentioning it on the forum. Cooking with it instead of the EVOO and really liked it. My only concern was the difference in “heating/cooking” times but it was super close to the same as EVOO. I already knew not to heat it up as long before I put either my Ground Pork in for Brunch, and my Wildcaught Salmon I had last night:grin: I just watched it close, and I only cook on medium heat-settings for all my foods. My burners get plenty hot on just between the 2 and 3 setting. Just electric stove.
The taste is excellent, and I used a level tbsp of my salted. I had unsalted too, so was careful with my shaker
