Super bowl carnivore chili

Mutton and beef bone broth (homemade)
Mutton meat
Ground American wagyu
Ground sirloin
Chicken hearts
Chili spices
Cayenne pepper
Tobasco
Salt
Cheese
Sour cream

Make broth from the mutton and beef bones. Pull the meat off bones and discard them. Save enough broth for chili later. In cast iron pan, lightly brown the ground meats (1lb each), in butter. Stir in chili spices and cayenne to taste. Add to crock pot with enough broth to be slightly soupy. Add raw chicken hearts. Slow cook on low for 5 hours, add salt and Tobasco to taste. Serve with cheese and sour cream.

Sounds so good! Last week I made cheese bowls (with a waffle bowl maker, to eat our chili in. That was good, but it got soft and chewy. Would have liked it better as a separate crispy cheese chip. You never know till you try.
