I dont know if anyone has done this but for my daughter and me we put the whipped cream from Carls whoppie pie recipie and simply froze it, and it is the most meltiest in the mouth ice cream for us 
For this in the picture its
500 ml heavy whipping cream dairyland
4 table spoons of the xylitol you see there
2 scoops of the cocoa powder.
Add to taste is always the mantra when adding the cocoa and sweetner
