"Carl Franklin" bitters cocktail

Searched but can’t find Carl Franklin’s recipe for his cocktail - I recall it has bitters, ACV & selter, could use some more info on amounts etc, thanks!

Not Carl’s recipe, but if I were to guess, 2-4 tbsp of ACV, seltzer to fill cup, bitters to flavor you like. I’d add a little sucralose or other sweetener to cut the ACV tartness.

I like to add salted caramel sugar-free coffee syrup. Gives it a nice caramel apple flavor. :slight_smile:

We make a similar one.

1-2 Tbs of ACV
About 12 drops of bitters
Half the juice of a lemon
Sparkling mineral water

I cut stevia recently - most sweeteners, actually. So, I don’t add that anymore.
