Thought some of you might like to try this. The recipe is small, the ingredients are limited, it’s fairly quick to make and bake, it doesn’t have a number of things that many are sensitive to, it works very well as a breadish when toasted, and although it’s in cake-donut-shape/size, this actually worked out better for me than all my various loaf attempts prior. You can omit the caraway if you can’t eat seeds at all, but I recommend adding something that makes it a flavor-focus you like in that case. I don’t think it’d be bad plain, just boring.
