Has anyone tried to freeze the dough? Or do you have to bake it first? And if you have to bake it, how would you reheat it?
I found the thread for freezing Carlshead dough but the recipe has different ingredients than fathead.

It’s cheese, egg, and almond flour. It ought to survive freezing, and I suspect it might be better frozen before baking than after.
If you do freeze it after baking, I’d say to let it come to room temperature by itself before popping it in the oven with the toppings.
