Cacao butter recipes please!

#1

Just received a tub of organic cacao butter. It smells divine. Now, what to do with it?
Any recipes gratefully received including bullet proof coffee ideas. Thank you, friends. X

It’s really good for skin, random yes but true.

I make chocolate fat bombs with mine.
Cacoa butter, coconut oil, cacoa powder, a little sea salt, some drops liquid stevia with vanilla.
Oh, easier to grate the cacoa butter before melting.

I recently saw this recipe and wished I had some cocoa butter! White chocolate cheesecake from KetoConnect

I’ve been wanting to try blending some up in coffee, please share your critique if you try it

I’ve done this and it was OK, but only a small amount or it’s over powering as I’m not a massive fan of chocolate in coffee.

I use straight up 100% cdark chocolate, aka baking chocolate, in my coffee, plus cream. I’ve always wondered how cocoa butter would taste, but I don’t want to buy a bunch just for one smaple. Eventually I’ll do it, I’m sure

I just bought stevia drops but haven’t used them before…I have no idea how much to use…advice? Thanks! Great tip on the cocoa butter too! Thank you.

I usr Nicks Stevia drops, there are flavored ones as well. I’m currently on some vanilla flavored ones.
I usually drop 5 in a mug of salted coffee. I make a point of saying salted as I suspect I add a little more stevia to counteract the salt.
My gut feeling (excuse the ref) is around 5 drops equals a teaspoon sugar. However, as I’m more sensitive to sweet things now (cant stand chocolate under 85% anymore) this may skew my estimate.
I have a 500ml almond milk shake daily… cacoa chocolate powder (3 heaped tsp , cacoa nib 2 heaped tsp 2 tbls double cream, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 avocado, topped up with 10 or so ice cubes and almond milk up to the 500ml mark on my Nutri Ninja and I bung in about 25 drops stevia.
So, that confuses things somewhat I think. Just drop to taste. I think I prefer granular stevia to drops for baking though. Mind you I am baking less and less sweet things Im finding. Fat bombs the exception but even these Im making less sweet now.
Does that help, I doubt it. Sorry

Oh my goodness! @Adam-Zoe, tried this the other day with hot water and really enjoyed it. Just made one up today with half water and half coconut milk (only because I didn’t have enough coconut milk left to fill my mug). And WOW! SOO good!!

Just wanted to say thanks again for sharing!
