Buttery pan fried salmon with feta and roe

I whipped this up a few minutes ago and it was really good. Especially if you like butter and feta.

1 tablespoon of kerrygold butter
4 ounces salmon filet
1 teaspoon of crappy oil free mayo
1-2 ounces of feta crumbled
1/2 teaspoon of roe/caviar

Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat
Drop the fish on the hot butter add some salt and pepper if you want
Flip the fish when halfway cooked
Remove fish when cooked and tent with foil
Add feta and mayo to the pan turn up the heat slightly and mix together the butter, fish fat, mayo, and feta until creamy
Untent the fish, pour sauce on the dish sprinkle the roe on top of the sauce and enjoy.
Takes 5 minutes

No pictures it was good
The sauce would be great on broccoli, asparagus, or even in creamed spinach.

I didn’t need a photo as I can visualize food pretty well. Looked great!

Okay, I get it. Crappy-oil free, not crappy oil-free.
