Butter Bob's Chili - in metric

But I live in Europe, so here’s the measurements in metric:
(mainly posted here so I can look it up for the next time I make it)

10 ml of garlic powder
30 ml of cumin
60 ml of chili powder
5 ml cayenne pepper ( the more you use the hotter!!)
15 ml salt
1 l beef broth

1.5 kg Hamburger
Hot Sausage
Onion
Green pepper
2 cans tomatoes

thanks!!! Tho I live in the US I prefer to measure my ingredients…just so much easier and I don’t have to dirty extra measuring spoons, cups etc. Just reset my scale to zero!

Yup, I prefer that too; although with this particular conversion it’s odd to see the dry ingredients “weighed” in milliliters instead of grams.

really, I usually see spices in volume not weight.
