So not too long before I went Keto I found a wonderful London Fog Latte at Starbucks. That I love! But alas, the high sugar syrup is a no go…
I don’t do bullet proof coffee, but I do like to have lattes with heavy cream, so i’ll brew up my favorite tea, add a tablespoon or so of heavy cream and about a teaspoon of coconut oil… and hit it with the milk frother… Yum… Sometimes I add in swerve or similar, but most of the time I don’t… Well today an experiment paid off!
Keto London Fog Latte!
12-16 ounce black tea brewed hot of your choice ( I used Earl Gray)
1 tablespoon heavy cream (or more if you prefer)
A quick pour of vanilla extract - probably about 1/8-1/4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil.
Put all ingredients together, and mix with a milk frother. This is a little baby immersion blender just for tea and other small things…
