I’ve been testing the effects of sweeteners with my glucometer the last few days. I have been doing this by drinking bulletproof coffee with the sweetener I’m testing. I decided I need to see if the coconut oil and butter has any effect on its own without sweetener. Now, I drink my coffee black in the morning but I’m an all or nothing kind of gal. If I add something creamy to my coffee I want it sweet too.
So, after discovering how good butter is in broth I decided to try coconut oil and butter, all frothed up. So delicious! I realize I’m probably behind and everyone else already knows this. I’m a very picky eater and I have to get up a lot of nerve to try new things.
