I made bulletproof ginger tea last night, I liked it.
I had started to put ginger into my BP coffee as I found it to be a bit bland for my taste. (I live in spicy Thailand and have a LOT of ginger in the garden).
Plenty of recipes for ginger tea but I put two teaspoons of finely chopped ginger into two cups measure of boiling water, added butter and coconut oil, didn’t bother to whip up the mixture… I will make again this afternoon but as well as drinking hot will try cooling it in the fridge first. I suppose you could add turmeric if you want.

I do similar with turmeric and black pepper, a pinch of cayenne works well too.

I always liked ginger chili tea.I just added a few pieces of red hot chili pepper to the tea.
