Been stalled at ~234 the last 2 months. A tad over 230 this morning. I have a lot of NSV (very happy about those) and am doing strength training which I am sure is competing against the weight loss. But still, it is good to get a few more lbs off.
I’m doing time-restricted feeding (TRF) and 18/6 IF fasting 3 to 5 days a week. I credit my loss to the TRF and IF.
Plan on EF after PCP meeting in late Sept.
