Broccoli Cheddar Loaf

I’ve made this twice.
–I whipped the egg whites in one version which yielded a slightly less dense loaf but it’s not worth the extra step.
–I added a few drops of stevia to the second loaf and I think it improved the flavor
–It wasn’t salty, but I am salt sensitive so next time I’ll cut back on the salt

Nonketonians gobbled it up. :yum:
