Brand new to Keto - Am I doing it right?

Unless you are sodium / salt sensitive don’t worry.

You will take in more salt during this WOE because you are not getting it in processed food.

I heard that fewer than half of people with high blood pressure are salt/sodium sensitive.

When I was starting out I found My Fitness Pal VERY helpful! The premium version is free for the first 30 days and will show you all of your Macros. A great rule of thumb is Fat 80% Protein 20% and Carbs 5%. Try to get carbs from above ground veggies only and figure out your carbs by taking the total carbs minus fiber to get net carbs.

Have you tried Keto Coffee yet? If not, you should. I drink it every morning to get my body moving with good healthy fat!!! 2 tbsp Kerry Gold butter, 1 tbsp hwc, 1-2 tbsp MCT oil. ( start with 1 and work your way up) then I add some sugar free syrup flavor. I then poor my coffee over it, pop it in my magic bullet and delicious frothiness is mine!

Something is wrong with your math @Cassydowns, 80 plus 20 plus 5 totals 105%.
