Boursin-like spread - so quick, easy and delish

I’ve been making this for decades but after starting Keto a year or so ago, realized it’s a big yes for a fatty spread. I like it on celery, seed crackers, chicken slices, ham roll-ups…

Homemade Boursin spread

makes about 2 cups
(recipe may be halved)

2 Sticks butter - softened
2- 8 oz pkgs cream cheese - softened
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp each: marjoram, thyme, basil, white pepper, dill weed

In food processor or electric mixer, mix until smooth and well blended.
Cover and refrigerate. Best made well ahead. Keeps for several weeks.

I love that stuff! Thanks!

I love boursin. I used to add it to heavy cream, parm cheese and butter to make an alfredo type sauce to ladle over pan fried pork chops.

Thanks for the recipe. Now I don’t need to buy those expensive little pucks. :stuck_out_tongue:

I threw some in my scrambled eggs yesterday! Yum!
