Bought Tahini, now what?

I purchased Tahini and would love to make a dip like I did before keto.
I would mix 1/2 cup tahini,
less than 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon trader Joe’s everything but the bagel.
Enough water to smooth it out.
I use it for a dip for hot or cold chicken
What else can I do with it or do I need to give it up until I can add a few more carbs per day?
The tahini I have is 5 carbs per 2 Tablespoons.

Tahini is only good for one thing… And thats everything.

Mix it with carob/maca/or cacao/coconut oil in a cup, bomb or make it into balls.

samaka harra (traditional Lebanese baked fish and chilli using coriander/cilantro and garlic) leave out the potatoes and rice…

use anywhere you would peanut butter

Mix it with butter and nuts,

use it in stirfries for a satay flavour,
a spoon in broth…

Ladle it into curries

mix with yoghurt and chia seeds for a pudding

keto smoothies

and by the spoon

Lebanese use it lots… google it

I like to mix it with fresh lemon juice and garlic as a dressing or dip for veggies.
