Bone broth for the win

My take on a bone broth soup - Helped with the wife’s cold.

32oz of bone broth
1 cup HWC
1 tbs lemon juice
1tsp xanthum gum ( or other thickener)
2 celery stalks diced
1 cup mushrooms diced
1 cup Brussel sprouts quartered
1 tsp salt
1 tbs pepper
Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 7 min.

Add 1/2 cup of parm. cheese
Add 1 cup of bacon
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
Simmer for another 3 min.
