I’ve made chicken broth and then turkey broth (both were awesome.) Does anyone mix their bones? I just did a rotisserie chicken and have some beef bones as well, from Porterhouse pepper steak tonight. Separate? Or do all together?

Why not together? I’m a bone broth making machine and though for me it’s been a chicken thing, I’d absolutely add other “species” if I had their bones!
