Body hurts and very exhausted after 3 day fast

I fasted 3 days and I felt great on my fast , kept up the water and electrolytes but ended the fast on Sunday and now it’s Tuesday and I’m so tired and my muscles are really sore! Anyone know why?

I’ll up my salt but no way am I going to quit fasting , it’s an important part of my lifestyle. Thanks for the video :slight_smile:
I don’t fast for weight loss.

I don’t want to high jack the tread but Dr. Phinney in the above video says that there is a large amount of muscle loss during fasting. Isn’t that contrary to what most people think about fasting?
I thought the consensus was that there is only a minimal amount of lean muscle lost when fasting while fat adopted?
