Well cheese cake definitely won’t work then. If I see anything while cruising recipes I’ll pass it along.

I can’t imagine how you can make a cake without any of the things you mention as problematic. For a cake to taste at all sweet you will have to use too much sugar, whether of the cane, coconut, or other variety. What do you consider a fake sweetener? Stevia, erythritol, xylitol, Monkfruit extract, and allulose all originate in naturally occurring sources. Yes, they are highly processed, but then, so is sugar.

For some flourless cakes, beaten egg whites provide rise and structure. A dense flourless cake seems always to call for eggs. Can we assume you will eat only one very small slice? The amount of egg you consume in a tiny piece might be doable. Perhaps a regular recipe, with less than normal sugar, is the answer, if you MUST have cake. Naturally, such a thing is not recommended.
