Binged on bread & chips yesterday, learned it was NOT worth it!

I fell off the horse yesterday and ate 2 pieces of sourdough toast…then ate a bunch of tortilla chips w/queso from Chipotle. So yeah, I was carb loading.

You know what I learned about it? That stuff wasn’t worth it! It didn’t taste as satisfying as I thought it would. I missed rich flavors that I’ve learned to really enjoy since starting this keto lifestyle.

Am I glad that I screwed up yesterday? Totally. Should I have had some macadamia nuts in the house to stave off cravings? Oh absolutely…should have made a trip to Sprouts last weekend for that!

Unfortunately, the best lessons are sometimes the hardest ones to learn.
