Made this Polish Hunter’s stew last night, it turned out very good.
I did modify the recipe a bit in order to make it in the InstantPot.
- I used less onion because carbs
- I sautéed then onion and then the pork (boneless country rib meat, approx 2lb) and sausage in the InstantPot, then added everything else and pressure cooked on the Stew setting for 1 hour.
- I omitted the onion soup.
- I mixed in the white onions at the end after I sautéed them in copious amounts of butter.
