Age: 23
Height: 170cm 5ft 7
Weight: 81kg 178lbs
Goal Weight: 65-60kg 138 - 145lbs

To start of with i did not know what Keto was up until last week and it’s benefits has attracted me to be honest

I been using many calculators all outputting different results, so my first question is:
Which is the best calculator to calculate your macros

Also bought a GYM membership which leads me on to asking
Is it okay to do strength training to retain some muscles
is it okay to do cardio 30 - 60 min per day

Final question
most my fat resides in my gut will that be utilised when my body is in ketosis

There’s no way to target fat, your body will do what it wants; eventually it’ll have no choice but to use your body fat tho. I wouldn’t worry too much about obsessing over perfect macros. Just keep carbs under 20g net. Get adequate protein, and eat fat until you’re satisfied. Gyming it is fine, just keep in mind it’s not a good tool to lose weight, but it can be good for other reasons. Just don’t over exert it without giving yourself more food for the energy lost.
