How are you doing on exercise? I know, you can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet, not suggesting that. But how active are you? Do you do any strength training at all? Do you work hard physically?
I know we’re all in a different place on that one. I haven’t been working out in the sense of specific exercises and muscle building routines. But I do tend to work pretty hard with the various chores I do around the place. Now that fall / winter is setting in, I am finding it less easy to keep the weight down but I’m not quite as active. There does seem to be a correlation there for me.
I think various kinds of exercise can be good for the overall picture in a number of ways. Certain kinds of muscle tissue are expensive metabolically and require energy to have onboard. Not used, they are not kept. (Probably not said well.)
Anyway, just asking. I’m in a little over 2 years, too, so your post is of particular interest.
