This is so easy. I can’t believe I never tried this before.
Basted Eggs
Frying fat of choice
Eggs
1-2tsp water
Pan just big enough for eggs with tight fitting lid
Heat pan to medium, add fat. When melted, add eggs.
Immediately add 1-2tsp water to pan around eggs (just enough to go around bottom, not enough to cover eggs)
Set timer for 1 minute .
Enjoy perfect eggs.
That yolk tho
