1 tin coconut milk (400ml)
1 egg + 3 yolks (might try with 3 whole eggs next time)
1T Truvia
pinch of vanilla powder (might leave that out next time)
2T shredded coconut
Warm milk and sweetener.
Pour over eggs and blitz with stick blender
Add shredded
Pour in moulds in water bath and put in low oven (120C) for about 1-1.5 hours or until set with s slight wobble.
Wait to turn out, especially if you want a useable photo) until cold - I will post a turned out pic later!
Pretty tasty as a no lactose alternative to my semifreddo which I was craving.
Oh and I did a quick carb count - about 3g total per heart
