:joy:

Never thought I would ask for the above recipe!
Maybe I should ask a SAD Dr.?
Then run for the hills!!

Any ways, normally I just cook my eggs or other foods in bacon nectar
Looking at my glass jar w about 4 -6 tbsp or so of nectar
Humm🤔
What can I make
And yes…I can eat it by the spoon, so no for this post. Lol

Anyone have any fat bombs go to recipes ?
“ sweet “ KETO options are welcome too
Frozen for later. No problem

Thanks

I have a bacon fudge recipie at home. I’ll have to pull it and post it tonight for you.

You’ve had a recipe for bacon fudge this whole time and haven’t shared it? What kind of monster are you?

Straight up, no chaser please! :grinning:

Bacon fudge:

1/2 cup bacon grease melted
1/4 cup cocoa butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbs confectioners style erythritol
1 tsp vanila extract
1/8 tsp sea salt

Mix until erythritol is devolved.
Poor into silicone mold and let set in fridge for 1 hour.

Makes 4 3oz servings.
Recipie says to let come back to room temperature to eat, but I found I preferred right out of fridge. Room temp made them too greasy for my tastes.

Troy, this reminds me of the ‘Beaches’ bar in the Portland, Oregon airport - they make a great Bloody Mary, bacon included. Really a great drink, there - have had them with cucumber slices in them, stalks of asparagus, even a long slice of avocado once.
