This is not really a recipe but a great tasting lunch for me on weekends.
I fry up 3 eggs with oohy gooey yolks still intact. Plop an ounce of cream crease on my plate, cook up 3 - 5 strips of bacon till crispy. Then break the bacon to cracker size. Sprinkle salt over it all and then sprinkle crushed red pepper over the top. I’m heavy on the salt and red pepper.
Then I just use the bacon as crackers with egg, cream cheese and dipped in yolk.
Anyway not really a recipe but I love it.
