So pre keto one of my absolute favorite comfort food meals was cheeseburger macaroni. Well I have been craving it and I can’t have it. So came up with this and although not exact it definitely hit the spot.
Brown ground beef season howeverver you like it. I add salt, pepper, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, onion powder and garlic. Drain and set aside.
In a sauce pan melt butter then add HWC on low heat bring to a simmer. Then add your favorite shredded cheese, I used extra sharp cheddar and smoked Gouda.
For the base scramble eggs. Once half scrambled add however much ground beef you want finish scrambling hard. Then add as much cheese sauce as you want (add a lot, that’s your fat). Stir and cook for a minute or so. Pour into a bowl and enjoying
