Back on track

Hey everyone,

I’m just so pleased with my run this morning, I wanted to post.

I was sidelined with an injury a little over a month ago. I eased back into running over the past few weeks and today ran 5 miles. The run felt great the entire time. Yay!

Also, I tried a Zip Fizz post run since it was very warm and muggy. It tasted good, but I realized after I was feeling woozy this afternoon that it does not contain enough sodium for how much I sweat. Note to self: after long run, Zip Fizz and more salt.
