Got a good deal with Avocados this week so froze them and created powder from the seeds.
However, I’m a little afraid as there is no clear evidence of how safe the powder is.

Am I dicing with death?

I know that eating the avocado stone is a thing, but personally I wouldn’t do it unless there is an identified, well researched benefit. It’s not good enough for me just for people to think it won’t do any harm

Norma, I agree, even after putting all that work into powdering them I still can face using it - and it doesn’t smell great.

Going to bin it.
