https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/28072592/After fifteen years of being told that the pain in my joints was simply a fact that I was “getting older” I start a ketogenic lifestyle and ALL of the pain including the pain in my right shoulder that I was told could ONLY be corrected by surgery is GONE!! Some of the pain that many of you are experiencing is from eating a SAD (Standard American Diet) high in carbs and loaded with sugar and it is inflamming your body to the point that you THINK it is all due to aging or other things when if you reduced the carbs and eliminated sugar you would find as I did that a lot of your pain and inflammation would go away.

I’m 50 years old and I feel better than I did when I was 35 at my prime and bench pressing well over 520 lbs and squatting over 700 lbs. imagine what I could have done had my shoulder been as pain free back then as it is now. Having that sweet tea, cookies, cakes all of the time is NOT worth me having pain again.

I eat PLENTY of great food and have keto desserts that replace the sugar so keeping pain free is my lifelong goal.

Thanks for the link to the arthritis study. Hoping keto (and auto-phage) will help my osteoporosis arthritis. .
