I am thinking about it. Not so much for the training plans, but the runner-specific yoga and strength training workouts.

I used to take classes at my gym for cross training, but there are fewer and fewer since covid, and California has gone back to an indoor mask mandate. I can’t exercise in a mask. I have been swimming, but I would like more choices. I know there are a lot of free workouts on youtube, but I would like something more structured.

Anyone try it? Have any other ideas?
