If you type ā€œKeto cheesecakeā€ I’m the search box you’ll find lots of recipes.

All the recipes on Google are approximately the same: cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, maybe heavy cream, maybe butter

Everyone has different reactions to different sweeteners. Start with one kind and if you have a negative reaction try a different one.

I think my favorite of the artificial sweeteners is Swerve, which is mostly erythritol. To me, it has about the most sugar-like taste as any artificial sweetener I’ve tasted and doesn’t have negative side effects.

But that’s MY opinion and what works for MY taste. It’s really a pretty individual thing. There are a few people out there that have some intestinal distress when using it. And some people really do not like the taste. And they’re not wrong. About the only way you’ll know is to try some and see.

You can probably find a fair number of different artificial sweeteners in your local Walmart. You do have to read the labels, though, as different products in the same lineup with nearly identical packages can have completely different ingredients.

Good luck!

P.S., this one looks really good to me: https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/low-carb-pecan-pie-cheesecake/

The best ā€œketoā€ dessert I’ve made so far: https://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/no-bake-keto-raspberry-cheesecake-low-carb/

I also have fallen in love with swerve (erythritol) for baking.
