Anyone else needing to eliminate foods out of their diet?

This is a vegetarian. They do have an agenda. They also suggest avoiding fat meat and dairy. I think many people do you have a problem with Dairy. I have a problem with agendas. I have two children you cannot tolerate dairy. They are very slim. They eat meat and vegetables, some wheat-based products provided they don’t have any dairy in them.

I looked him up and it said he was a “non-practicing psychiatrist” ???

And PETA has funneled 1.3 million dollars to his organization and he is their “medical advisor”. A psychiatrist???

Uh-huh.

I’m ever so grateful I hate the smell of coffee.

(Brian) #46

Believe it or not, to my sense of smell, brewing coffee has a slight resemblance to the smell of cigarette ashes. I have never been a smoker but was around a bit of smoke mostly as a kid and young adult and also worked for a cleaning company where we had to empty and clean ash trays. So I am definitely familiar with the smells. I’m not really sure what connects them for me. I definitely have no desire to smoke but I do like my coffee. And I really didn’t drink coffee when I was around cigarette smoke. Strange…

IKR? Lives in the coffee capital of the world - and in hipsterville, with billions of cafes, all competing to make the best coffee - and doesn’t like the smell of it. #frustrating #savesmoneythough

Dr Neal Barnard who said cheese is addictive.

(Kim) #58

Its is plant based. Perhaps you are allergic to it?

(Kim) #59

Ohhh. Thank you.

I didnt know that. But it would make sense why it is so hard to stay away from it. I dont like what it does to me but darn it goes on everything like the best thing on earth besides salt.

I guess cheese is my sugar. Lol. Day 1 no cheese, made it 24 hours =)
